The Design

The home has been designed to accommodate short-term rentals and to provide the family an escape from winter. The architectural vision prioritises a blend of functionality, sustainability, and the unique coastal lifestyle, creating an inviting and calming space for relaxation and gatherings.

Layout

With an emphasis on height and openness; large sliding doors create a flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing the home’s spacious feel. A large, open kitchen with a butler’s pantry for additional prep and clean-up creates a space for cooking that is seen as more of a hobby just a necessity for the clients.

A private retreat isolated from communal sleeping areas, designed for relaxation and focus, featuring a spacious walk-in robe. Two additional bedrooms have been designed for flexibility to accommodate family and guests.
