The Design

Nimbin Modular Home is situated in the foothills of the Nimbin Rocks with sweeping views along the valley towards Mt Warning, our Nimbin Project has spectacular aspects in every direction. So much to love about this Northern Rivers custom design.

Whilst discussing the site and landscape with our client during the initial site visit, we decided that the rock formations of the nearby Nimbin Rocks should be framed through the kitchen.

Full-height windows sitting above the kitchen bench captures these  views towards Mt Warning, continuing through to the dining space and the lounge area flowing through a full glazed wall and sweeping outwards across the valley.

Two large overhangs provide areas of protection during inclement weather, with strategically placed sun hoods providing protection from the harsh summer sun.

The homes comprises 2 main bedrooms, a versatile space (catering for sleeping, working, playing, relaxing), a home office and our famous utility room (mud room, boot room, laundry, storage, kennel, drying room – or whatever you desire).

This clever design creates functionality that aligns with the best of the block’s attributes.
