Considered spatial planning ensures flexibility and versatility for evolving family needs. Spare rooms for guests have been positioned for privacy, with sliding doors used to section off spaces or stay open for socialising and movement.

What is Your Arkular Archetype?

Not all homes are built the same because not all people are. At Arkular, we believe your space should mirror your identity, aspirations, and values.

We design modular homes inspired by real people and real lifestyles. Whether you’re tucked away in the hinterlands, soaking up the coastal breeze, or thriving in an urban centre, your home should be a true reflection of you.

An Arkular archetype connects your living space to your personal identity. From the empty nester or the eco warrior to a modern parent or those seeking adventure there is a design for everyone. Learn more and find your Arkular archetype here.

3. Fish Creek House (The Modern Parent)

127m2 – 3 Bed + 2 Bath

Fish Creek House was designed to maximise sustainability & livability for a young busy family.

Spaces within are light filled and naturally ventilated by using passive design principles, oriented towards the north to capture sunrise and moonlight. This careful positioning takes full advantage of natural cooling, heating, and lighting, reducing the need for artificial sources.

Carbon-neutral, formaldehyde, and VOC-free materials were selected throughout, providing health benefits and encouraging emotional well-being for a healthy and happy family home.
