The Design
This thoughtfully designed modular home is tailored for multi generational living, seamlessly complementing the existing dwelling on a rural property.
Elevated to blend harmoniously with its natural surroundings, the home features wide corridors and a universally designed bathroom, ensuring accessibility for all ages and future needs.
A connected carport provides convenient access for unloading shopping, while ramps and decks offer step-free transitions and bush views.
Materials
Built with durability and low-maintenance in mind, the home incorporates bushfire-resistant materials, including external Colorbond cladding in the shade Pale Eucalypt.
Recalling the varied green tones found in our native eucalypt species, Colorbond steel in the colour Pale Eucalypt is a versatile and calming colour. Gentle and muted, this colour is enhanced by the use of warm timbers.
The outdoor room and entry are beautifully lined in timber, creating a warm, inviting space that integrates with the rural setting. Designed to meet BAL 20 bushfire standards, this home prioritises safety without compromising aesthetics.
