A connected carport provides convenient access for unloading shopping, while ramps and decks offer step-free transitions and bush views.
Materials
Built with durability and low-maintenance in mind, the home incorporates bushfire-resistant materials, including a Zincalume roof and wall cladding, solid timber floors, and internal chipboard finishes.
The outdoor room and entry are beautifully lined in timber, creating a warm, inviting space that integrates with the rural setting. Designed to meet BAL 20 bushfire standards, this home prioritises safety without compromising aesthetics.
