The Design
Functional and flexible, The Currumbin Valley House has separate living and sleeping zones all interconnected by a large deck.
Comprising a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining space that opens out for seamless indoor-outdoor living, a master suite with bedroom, ensuite, living area and private deck space, two bedrooms with a bathroom, laundry and an additional bathroom.
Featuring classic ‘Queenslander style’ design features, the home is purposely elevated to accommodate the sloping site and cool the home by drawing air from underneath. A large verandah offers a convenient outdoor living space and provides shade to protect from the intense Queensland heat.
