The Design
Located a short distance from Byron Bay, the Coorabell Ridge House embraces the hinterlands overlooking stunning views of Wilsons River.
At 140m2, this classic linear design comprises a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, an open plan kitchen/living/dining space and a large deck with an outdoor entertaining area.
Landscaping from local landscaper Landscape Workshop including considered planting, pool and natural stone paving caps off this modern design.
Materials
A light external colour palette including Grey and Whitewash Weathertex Weathergroove cladding, light metal roofing and natural timber decking has been chosen to harmonise with the natural hinterland/coastal surroundings. This is continued internally with limestone tile flooring and natural timber finishes.
Sustainability
The home has a Bush Fire Attack Level rating of BAL19, with considered material choices, two 25,000L water tanks and designated RFS parking space included to meet regulations. Other sustainable features include solar panels, high grade insulation, high quality natural material choices, ceiling fans and additional rainwater tanks for water usage.
