The Design
We took the Golden Ratio and turned it into a stunning house plan and elevation. This design fosters a sense of wholeness and well-being, welcoming everyone who steps inside and offering offers stunning views over Phillip Island.
Featured Specifications
This retreat is all about functionality. It features an internal courtyard that shields you from the wind, giving you a functional outdoor space year-round. The living/dining room opens up to create an alfresco area, perfect for soaking in the ocean views and the beauty of Cape Woolamai.
The home is clad in Japanese charred timber and is completely off-grid, complete with water tanks and a solar system.
