The Design
A modular prefab holiday house that serves as a comfortable and functional retreat for guests and family, with the intention of later adding a main residence to the same block. The design aims to maximise coastal views, embrace natural light, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere that blends with its coastal context.
Layout
Considered glazing and sliding doors to capture coastal views and bring in abundant natural light.
The guest space (80 m2) will include 2 beds, 2 baths, kitchen/ living/ dining space and a laundry, with an additional 3 beds, 2 baths, open plan kitchen/ living/ dining area and a laundry in the main residence (275 m2).
