The Design
A modular prefab holiday house that serves as a comfortable and functional retreat for guests and family, with the intention of later adding a main residence to the same block. The design aims to maximise coastal views, embrace natural light, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere that blends with its coastal context.
Layout
The home features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area for a seamless flow of space. A fireplace as a central feature to provide warmth and ambiance, while considered glazing and sliding doors to capture coastal views and bring in abundant natural light.
The main bedroom will be strategically positioned to take full advantage of the coastal view.
