Design

The home has been passively designed to thrive in the Phillip Island climate, maximising natural light, views, and breezes for a home that is high-performing and comfortable.

Large sliding doors on either side of the living space open to form a ‘breezeway’ style central space, elevating coastal views and providing the perfect spot for entertaining.

Landscaping including pool, planting and lawn space will cap off this modern coastal home – stay tuned!

Layout

The home comprises a master bedroom with an ensuite and outdoor bath, 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and a large open-plan kitchen/living/ dining area.

The simplicity of the linear design takes full advantage of the sun, views and breeze. Separate sleeping wings at each end of the house allow for privacy, with the central living space creating the perfect area to relax and entertain.

Featured Materials

The home features a palette of refined, contemporary luxury.

Externally the home is clad in Shou Sugi Ban charred Ironbark Timer complemented by Silvertop Ash Timber shiplap and Colorbond roofing in the shade Night Sky.

Internally, moody tones including matte black, deep timbers and brushed brass tapware.

Wellness

The home has been designed for restoration and reconnection with nature and includes a Found Space 4-person infrared sauna, a cold plunge that cools to 3°C, a private gym with SlimBeam by NOHrD and bedding by Mynt Lab crafted from eco-friendly materials and designed to regulate temperature.
