A Bright and Breezy Beach Abode
Welcome to the Ark S2 Design.
A modern, mindful and sustainable design, Ark S2 design uses two separate wings to create a living zone and a sleeping zone. These zones are joined through the entry space, which functions as an airlock between the space to ensure efficient use of the heating and cooling systems within the home.
Rooms: 1 master bedroom with walk-in-robe and ensuite, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, home office, living/dining/kitchen area, island bench, walk-in pantry and retreat.
