Designing and building your dream home shouldn’t be stressful. At Arkular, we’ve created a 3-phase process that’s a fun, easy and enjoyable journey from concept to completion.
Our team takes a collaborative approach, guiding you through each step of the project from start to finish. It’s a process that starts with you and keeps collaboration at its core – your vision inspires our ideas.
Our 3-step Process
Our process is simplified over 3 phases, with our highly specialised and experienced team project managing throughout every step. These phases define your journey through concept, design, documentation and delivery.
From the initial creative concept to council works and the exciting interior fit-out, right through to managing the amazing build and installation by our allied manufacturing partner – we have you covered.

1. DesignÂ
We connect with you to create a clear direction for your project.
At Arkular, we take a collaborative approach to the designing, manufacturing, and delivering of our beautiful and sustainable homes. Through our discovery stage, we can shine a light on the opportunities and constraints of your site to understand the unique potential of the project.
2. Document & Contracts
Town Planning or Development Approval, interior design and contracts.
Our highly experienced Architectural Team will guide you through a stunning array of interior finishes and fixtures to help you achieve the exact look you are after. We will then document the required information to produce a final package that will be used for building contract execution and permits.
3. Construction & Delivery
With the building contract executed, the manufacturing of our buildings may take as little as 12 weeks to complete.
We work alongside our Manufacturing Supplier to ensure the quality of our product is assured and its architectural intent is maintained.
It’s hard to believe that your house will be delivered and completed in as little as two weeks once arriving on-site ticking off the finishing touches.
