The Design

This two level coastal residence provides the ideal private, light filled seaside escape for a large family. Expansive views are framed through strategic glazing that capture the natural landscape across to the ocean in the south.

Layout

The home comprises 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, large open plan living, kitchen, dining space with a 12 person dining table and large kitchen island bench, walk in pantry, large study space, mud/ utility room, laundry, additional living space, expansive decking area and carport.

Materials

Proposed external materials include charred vertical timber cladding, black timber vertical battens, Colorbond corrugated cladding in the shade monument and powder coated balustrades.
