The Design
The clients are passionate about hosting gatherings and entertaining guests, so needed a highly customised modular home that serves as an extension of their lifestyle. This design focused on creating an inviting atmosphere centered around their piano, ideal for events and parties.
Layout
The home features a flexible entertaining space with ample room for guests, centered around a piano for performances. Designed for functionality, it includes one bedroom and bathroom primarily for guests, all nestled next to the couple’s main residence for easy access and a sense of community.
Sustainability
The design uses thoughtful orientation, considered materials and energy-efficient fixtures to minimise the home’s environmental impact.
