The Design
This stylish modular home embraces a minimalist design philosophy with clean lines, an open floor plan and considered glazing to create a sense of spaciousness and connection to the surrounding landscape.
This considered design has been based off the Ark S1, with modifications made to suit the clients needs and the sites specific requirements.
Layout
Split into two zones, the home comprises one wing for living and a second for rest and includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan living/ kitchen/ dining space, walk in wardrobe, laundry and walk in pantry.
