The Design

The contemporary home maintains a striking street presence, while being set sensitively into the coastal landscape. Opening up over two levels, the home is clever and generously proportioned, providing multiple living areas and division between private and social spaces.

Sustainability

A modern coastal Arkular design, it employs passive solar principles and thermally efficient materials, including comprehensive insulation in walls and ceilings, a north-facing orientation and expansive double glazing; the home reflects serious consideration of sustainability, style and function.

Other sustainable features include low-voc paints, hydronic in-floor and panelled heating, ceiling fans, energy-efficient split system air-conditioners, clever storage, solar panels and two 10,000L water tank.

Bushfire Attack Level

The property is located in a Bushfire Prone Area and has a Bushfire Attack Level Rating (BAL) of 29, with the inclusion of a 10,000L water tank for water supply for firefighting purposes and non-combustible sarking and insulation.

Layout

The home features a spacious kitchen and dining domain at its heart and is fitted with bespoke cabinetry and premium appliances, including dual ovens and an induction cooktop.

The living space opens to arbored alfresco dining, where huge double glazed windows frame views of the extensive gardens. Two additional living rooms flank the central kitchen, each with custom cabinetry and garden views offering the private yet interconnected spaces that make family living easy.

Other additions include lofty bedrooms with robes and chic bathrooms, a main suite with WIR and ensuite, two custom-fitted study zones and a separate laundry.
