1. Flinders House with Garden by Jim Fogarty – 66 m²
Private & functional, this sustainable compact modular home is a modern take on a fishing cottage. Garden designed by Jim Fogarty Design.
The sleeping quarters are located at the back of the home, complete with secluded outdoor shower, and an open-plan living area with kitchen in the front for sweeping views of the beautiful gardens.
The properties frontage includes expansive glazed doors opening to a large deck. Accurately placed battened awnings and screens provide shade and privacy, encouraging residents to make the most of their outdoor living year round.

2. The Ark T2 (L-shaped) – 83.9 m²
The perfect balance. A modern L-shaped modular design that builds strong indoor/outdoor connections.
Site-specific orientation captures passive solar gains and optimises air-flow for energy efficiency and lower utility bills. Strategically placed overhangs and shrouds provide shade and protection from the elements.

3. The Ark M1 ‘Howie’ – 67 m²
Affectionately nicknamed the Howie, the Ark Minimum 1 encapsulates less house more home with considered design and clever floorplans.

A compact modular home delight, the Agricultural Lakehouse has been mindfully considered to minimise wasted space and adapt to varying needs.
From a bedroom to a yoga studio or a space for guests to enjoy the sauna and lake, this home maximises its surroundings. The dwelling is carefully positioned to ensure maximum light and views to the south, whilst expansive windows to the north allow the sun to flow throughout.
